SHIPPING & HANDLING:  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE: 

There is a $30 USD flat rate shipping charge to all countries outside the U.S.

Our quoted international shipping fees do not include custom and duty fees. Customer will still be responsible for these custom and duty fees even if the package is refused. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES: 

Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties, customs and taxes, which the customer will be liable for.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery by the shipping courier.

Please be aware that Follow Suit does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin/manufacturing of the goods purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Follow Suit, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

DELIVERY TIME: We ship via DHL Express. The items should take 2-3 days to deliver. Delivery time may also exceed the estimate provided at the time of checkout due to delays in customs clearance procedures. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY:

Returns: At this time we do not accept and will not process international returns. 

Refusal of Shipment If a non-USA customer refuses the shipment/package due to customs or duties fees, Follow Suit will be charged return fees by the carrier. Additionally, there may be outstanding duties and taxes that have been levied.

Refund Policy In the event of a refused shipment, the following fees will be deducted from the customer's refund:

1. Return Shipping Fees: The cost incurred to return the package to Follow Suit.
2. Outstanding Duties/Taxes: Any customs or duties fees that were applied and remain unpaid.

By placing an order with Follow Suit, you agree to these terms and understand that any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund in the case of a shipment refusal.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION:

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email, we provide you with a DHL, or in some cases a FedEx, tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at support@shopfollowsuit.com.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at support@shopfollowsuit.com.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.

Follow Suit accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo Credit Card.
