Refund policy
We want you to truly love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work—clearly, calmly, and without surprises.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the exact condition they arrived, including original packaging, tags, and hygienic liners securely attached.
Returns must be initiated and completed through our online returns system. Please be sure to include the original invoice with your return.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return and refund.
Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Please note: this does not apply to items purchased using our Welcome Discount. Those items remain eligible for return and follow our standard return policy.
Domestic Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a domestic return within 14 days of the delivery date, please visit our returns center. You’ll need your order number, shipping zip code, and the email address used at checkout.
All domestic returns are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns
At this time, we do not accept international returns. All international purchases are final sale.
If items are sent back internationally, we are unable to process the return.
Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different style or colorway, subject to availability and return approval. All exchange requests must first follow our standard return process. Once your original item is shipped back, we’ll arrange the exchange.
Return Shipping
Please follow the prompts in our online returns system to generate and download your return label.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.
Please note: we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or use.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt. If a return is rejected, we’ll notify you by email with the reason and ship the item back to you.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow up to two weeks from the time you ship your return for processing. You’ll receive an email once your refund is completed.

Afterpay Returns & Refunds
Orders placed with Afterpay follow our standard domestic return policy.
Once your return is received, the refund will be processed back to Afterpay, canceling any remaining payments. If the refund exceeds your remaining Afterpay balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method via Afterpay.
