Shipping policy
PAYMENT:
Follow Suit accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo Credit Card. A sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a New York address. For purchases made online, but shipped outside of New York, the purchaser is liable for any taxes owned. Promotional Discount Codes may never be combined.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S Territories, and orders outside of the U.S. orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. Follow Suit ships to U.S. addresses.
To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (UPS Ground Shipping, UPS Next Day Air, USPS Shipping).
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Overnight orders placed before 2PM EST will be shipped the same day as the order was placed.
We only offer expedited shipping within the Continental United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
There is a $30 USD flat rate shipping charge to all countries outside the U.S.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs website for more information. Our quoted international shipping fees do not include custom and duty fees. Customer will still be responsible for these custom and duty fees even if the package is refused.Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin/manufacturing of the goods purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government.
Delivery time may also exceed the estimate provided at the time of checkout due to delays in customs clearance procedures.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION:
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. In the email, we provide you with a UPS or USPS tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at support@shopfollowsuit.com.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at support@shopfollowsuit.com. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
